I am a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with my family. My life has been a tapestry woven with resilience, ambition, and an unwavering commitment to empowering others. With nearly 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner in Indianapolis, I have cultivated a career that is deeply rooted in igniting confidence and fostering growth in women.
My journey began in the beauty industry, where I owned and operated successful salons. During this time, I discovered my passion for empowering women to see their own beauty and potential. I didn’t just style hair; I transformed lives by helping women embrace their confidence and self-worth. I took pride in educating others, becoming a trailblazer in an industry that allowed me to uplift and inspire.
In 2022, after decades in the beauty sector, I made the bold decision to retire and explore new horizons. I ventured into the world of finance as a financial adviser, partnering with esteemed Fortune 500 mutual companies. I recognized that my transferable skills could be used to educate families and business owners on protecting their assets, financial planning, and goal setting. In a male-dominated space, I made history as an African American woman, breaking sales records and redefining what success looks like in finance.
My experiences have shaped my commitment to advocacy. I have faced personal challenges, including the loss of a loved one during my childhood and caring for my daughter, who experienced sudden cardiac arrest. These experiences fueled my passion for health and economic empowerment in my community. I believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and I have chosen to use my journey to uplift others.
In my quest to make a difference, I became a certified business and transformation coach. My mission is to guide young girls and women on their paths, helping them navigate challenges and realize their potential. I am dedicated to fostering a spirit of resilience and encouraging a mindset that embraces growth.

What's next in 2025?
I am excited to introduce this year a range of transformative offerings designed to inspire, educate, and connect women from all walks of life! Here is a glimpse of what will come: E Books, Digital Products, Workshops, and Community! I will keep my biggest surprise a secret for now, but this year will be impactful and exciting!

Women Empowerment
I have spent my career empowering women to be bold, confident, and resilient. My commitment to fostering a community of strong women leaders through financial literacy, self-discovery, entrepreneurship, health, and community will lead to a more informed and proactive to tackle the challenges that women face.
Community Involvement
I am deeply passionate about serving my community through various organizations that uplift, empower, and bring awareness, particularly to those facing health challenges. As a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Indy, I advocate for young girls and women, serving on the health and economic empowerment committee, and addressing the disparities that plague our nation. Serving allows me to address critical issues and engage in initiatives that promote economic growth and inclusivity, working collaboratively with local businesses to create a thriving environment. I am also a member of the Indy Chamber of Commerce and serve on causes such as the American Heart Association and the church Praise Team.
Hobbies
My favorite enjoyment is spending time with my family. I love to study, learn new skills, and interior design. I also enjoy traveling with my husband.
Professional Acheivement
I have never been afraid of self-discovery. My professional career as an entrepreneur has equipped me to sustain longevity as a successful owner of four businesses, including Hope Group Home Care & Transportation. Coming Spring of 2025!
